Peter Block is a business consultant, but the situations he describes are very much like the ones that I have encountered as a Software Developer trying to persuade an organization (often the one employing me) to work in ways that are more fruitful for the business.  Trying to bring about change is never easy, and perhaps especially so "from below."  This book has a lot to say to those who would like their voice to be heard.
